About the event
Come and join me for a day of gelli printing – an easy and versatile mono-printing technique where the process is exciting, the results are quick and no two prints are the same.
This workshop is for those who want to attend both the Transfers Half Day (morning workshop) and the Drawn to Print Half Day (afternoon workshop) at a discounted price.
During the morning workshop you will be taught gelli plate basics and learn how to transfer images from magazines and add your own spin by adding colours and pattern. After a short break for lunch we will reset for the afternoon workshop, briefly go through the gelli plate basics again for any newcomers and then learn how to use the gelli plate as a drawing tool to transfer your own still life themed images (no actual drawing skills needed!).
